Terms & Conditions

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancelling an appointment.  Missing appointments wastes time and resources which are needed for other patients. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss an appointment on more than two occasions, then we may no longer be able to complete or offer NHS treatment in the future.
  • We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed private/Denplan appointments.
  • Patients who are violent or abusive to practice personnel, to other patients or anyone else on the practice premises will be refused treatment and reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • If you are claiming exemption from NHS charges, please bring proof with you.
  • If you have not filled in a medical history form in the past 6 months, please arrive early enough to allow time to complete a new one prior to your appointment.
  • Deposits are required for private treatments

The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate instalment credit agreements for specific goods, at a fixed cost, which have a term less than 12 months.
